Comment: Typical Aldi layout - pull up outside security and they'll book you in and tell you where to go. At certain times of the day you will be queuing to get on a bay, but you're usually not waiting too long. Once on the bay go in and book in with the inbound desk and they'll give you a key to the pallet trucks. Find one that has some charge in it and unload your trailer. When finished put the truck on charge for the next driver.
The warehouse staff are friendly enough, and are happy to help if you're having difficulties.
The door pass you've got will also allow access to the large and well equipped canteen area where fresh drinks can be made for free, along with fruit when available. There's vending machines but you need to have a card loaded with cash so unless you're a regular it's not worth getting one.
If you're in the chilled section then you can make use of the small canteen through the end door. Like the main canteen there's drink making facilities and free fruit. The toilets are down here too, and they're immaculately clean.
