The bays are well lit and defined, most of them you can open your doors in front of the bay rather than blocking the yard. The waiting room is large, bright and clean. Benches are clean and comfortable, and there's a TV showing usual TV programmes. Vending machines are usually well stocked and reasonably priced, especially the Tesco branded sandwiches.
As well as a vending machine for food there's also two drink vending machines (straight coffee and tea are free), a water fountain, and a microwave. You're expected to submit your keys, and they do not like it if you return to your cab while they unload you, although most of the time they will turn a blind eye. The toilets are bright, clean, and well maintained.
