Comment: Goods In staff aren't too bad (chilled) but you have to open their little portal window as it's opaque and they'll use that as an excuse 'not to see you'. Once booked in then just sit in your cab and wait for a green light. There's no facilities there beyond a scruffy chair in a dimly lit room.
There's a drivers lounge across the yard which is OK; it's clean, there's a vending machine and a paper cup drinks machine too. Toilets are OK, but they don't seem to be cleaned as often as they should.
