The actual office staff are typical of the types we have to endure - feckless and near useless. If it's your first time they will barely describe what you need to do, and tell you the health and safety is paramount. They'll tell you to make two columns in front of the entrance then enter in turn once a forktruck driver comes to collect you.
Ignore everything they tell you! Pull up in front of the opening to the warehouse (it's one of those places where you actually drive into the warehouse and are tipped under cover) make sure you are on the right. You'll notice three sections - left is for the forkers, middle is where you park when being tipped, and right is where you drive down.
Don't wait to be collected, just drive down the right and block the aisle until a space becomes clear. If you wait at the entrance their drivers will just drive past you and jump the queue. They'll also walk back to the entrance and tell their own drivers if there's more space for them, while ignoring anybody else.
It's all chaotic and very dangerous, but there doesn't seem to be any management in the loading/tipping area so they just do as they please.
