The gatehouse guy is very friendly and very helpful - listen to his instructions because site rules will probably change week on week due to the ongoing construction work. Once parked up the shunters will come and let you know what to do next - either drop your trailer and pick up another, or go onto a bay to be live loaded. The shunters are also very friendly and helpful so ask them the procedures if you're not sure.
Overall a very crammed site, but this will only get better as the construction work is completed.
