Comment: Gatehouse staff have been pretty good on the odd occasion I've had a problem booking in. Goods In staff are also pretty good and will happily use 'Please' and 'Thankyou' when they need to.
The drivers lounge is very cramped and the seats aren't very comfortable. There's the usual over-priced paper cup vending machine and a water fountain, but nothing else. The toilet is shared with the warehouse staff so isn't very clean, even when freshly cleaned.
The warehouse staff are quick to tip (chilled) and you're usually on your way without too much delay.
