Get there at the wrong time of the day and you'll find yourself waiting at the gate for a couple of hours because apparently nobody in the warehouse works for the last hour and first hour of their shift (0500-0700 and 1700-1900).

Press the buzzer on the gate and (hopefully) you'll get a bay number and allowed entry. If you're not lucky you'll be allowed in and have to park up opposite the (chilled) bays and sit enviously watching those drivers lucky enough to already have a bay. If you're really unlucky then you're left outside the gate along with 5 or 6 (or more) other drivers desperately watching the clock.

Once on the bay then give your keys and paperwork in the Goods-in desk and go back to your cab. The staff are OK. There's a paper-cup drinks machine and a unhealthy snack machine here right next to the toilet door. The toilet is usually kept clean despite the best efforts by some drivers to turn it into a water park.

Once done then just head to the exit barrier, and if you're lucky it'll raise as you get there.
