Comment: There's not an On-screen booking system here, instead they have an old-fashioned gatehouse with a guy who books you in, who then tells you the range of bays for you to use. It can get a bit tight in the yard, especially once they start parking up their trucks 3 deep opposite the bays. The Transport Office is very small and very dingy, and the staff are hit and miss; some are open and friendly and some are quite rude. There's a vending machine selling paper cup drinks and a water fountain.
If you want comfort then grab a door pass and go through to their staff canteen. It's open and airy, with large windows to the outside, and there's a selection of hot food, cold food and snacks. Prices aren't cheap, but at least it's fresh. If you do use the canteen then be aware that there's no way to know if they've finished tipping you or not, so don't linger too long.
You aren't allowed to wait in your cab under a green light, and there's a little dragon who enforces this rule!
