Comment: On-screen booking system works most of the time, and a bay is assigned once you've entered your data. Once you've hung up your keys and pressed the button you need to go into the Transport Office and wait for them to tip you. There's a couple of vending machines serving paid-for drinks and another machine vending snacks which have a 50% mark-up on store prices. There's a water fountain, but nothing else.
There's a couple of deep cushioned seats which are really comfortable, and a couple of benches which are not. There's a TV on the wall blasting out crap music from Radio One which cannot be turned off, or even turned down. This is a downer because this is another one of the Sainsburys RDCs where you cannot sit in your cab while being tipped. There is sometimes a member of security patrolling around the yard, and if they see you in your cab under a red light they will ask you to return to the Transport office and wait there. They'll write your registration number down, but I have no idea what they do beyond that.
