On the outside it doesn’t seem like a bad place until you get talking to the drivers. I asked a few questions about how it was to work for them and they quickly told me not to bother. Turns out their last TM is currently serving time for killing a woman while he was drunk driving. A bit more digging and it also seems his dad works in the offices and that’s why he was able to get a job there.
Some of the transport staff are nice and fun to have a laugh with but there are two that sit at the back that aren’t worth your time and don’t get me started to the young girl that seems to be way too immature to be working in the transport industry.

Make sure you don’t turn right when you get through the gatehouse, drive forwards past the fuel pumps and follow the road around the building, it has gotten tight to get around but it’s pretty simple. Park in the middle when you get in the yard and walk to the office, write on the paper and hand it over with your keys then sit in your cab and wait for the green. Times Vary depending on the day but it’s not to bad.

Arrive and press the button on the (empty) gatehouse and enter the yard once the barrier goes up. Apparently some drivers get this wrong and just drive through the barrier, weirdly Moran staff frown upon this, and usually send a bill to the driver's employer for a replacement. Once you've negotiated the gatehouse then the next obstacle in line is the fuel station. If it's not in use, or if only one side is being used, then there's no issues, just drive through and continue around the building and park in front of the Transport Office. But if both sides are in use then you have to wait for one side to clear.

The Transport staff are OK, and do warm up the more you visit the site. The yard is large, but poorly laid out and quickly gets overcrowded.

The Warehouse staff seem to be made up of four teams, who're coloured from Eastern European to sub-Saharan, with the former getting their job right - tip quickly, load the right pallets, etc. If you get the latter team then there's a very good chance you'll be there ages, you'll get the wrong stock loaded, or more than likely you'll get both.

Once on a bay hand in your keys and either go back to your cab, or risk and infectious disease by using the canteen. The cleaner does a good job, but as soon as she's turned her back the warehouse staff are back again to turn it into a (literal) pig-sty. There's a couple of vending machines that are actually reasonably priced, but it's mostly energy drinks and very unhealthy snacks. There's a proper kitchen area with kettle, microwave and sink, but due to health concerns use these at your own risk.
