Comment: The chilled staff are very friendly and helpful, not because they have to be, but just because they are! The drivers waiting room is OK for 4 people, and the seats are comfortable. The toilet is OK, and there's no waiting in your cab (unless you're sneaky). There's further seating outside, but this is also the smoking area.
Ambient staff are also OK, but when waiting to be tipped they escort you to what appears to be an old bus-stop; ie. a draughty out-house that as no chairs or any other comforts.
Close to the exit is the drivers lounge, which you're free to use if you wish. This has a paper cup vending machine and tea/coffee making facilities if you take your own mug (the availability of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk is a little hit and miss). If you fancy a walk you can also use the staff canteen which is very well maintained and serves good hot meals during the day.
I've never had to wait too long to be tipped by either warehouse, but have had to go in the warehouse to lower my deck for them because they weren't sure how it works more than a few times.
