Once parked on a bay you self tip (chilled) and there's usually a good selection of poorly-charged pallet trucks to choose from. The warehouse is dimly lit and you're advised to bring your own paraffin tiller lamp to see where you're going.
The staff are usually OK and are happy to help/watch you tip your trailer. When done tipping just (please!) put your pallet truck on charge, and feel your way back to the exit.
Never been to the canteen at this location so can't comment on them.
