Once parked on a bay you self tip (chilled) and there's usually a good selection of half-charged pallet trucks to choose from. If you're lucky you can collect the previous days paperwork, if you're not lucky you'll have to wait for them to check your delivery, and if you're really unlucky you'll have your delivery checked by someone who has difficulty counting over 10 because they'll have run out of fingers to count on.
Toilets are at the back of the gatehouse, and they're usually very clean. Never been to the canteen at this location so can't comment on them.
